In connection with partial mobilization, two new services have been launched on the State Services portal. One of them is designed for volunteers, the second is for those who were called by mistake.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke in more detail about the new opportunities at Gosuslugi.

On behalf of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, two new services for citizens on partial mobilization were developed and tested on the public services portal as soon as possible, tested together with the subjects, the Ministry of Defense, and deployed.

The first - "Become a Volunteer" - for those who have decided to voluntarily take part in a special military operation.

Since the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia, more than 70 thousand requests on this topic have already been recorded on the public services portal. Now you can quickly fill out an application by clicking on the "Become a Volunteer" banner or by going to this section through a digital voice assistant.

In the form that opens, the selection criteria will be indicated. It is necessary to pay special attention to the age and experience of the service, then fill out a questionnaire with your personal data, most of them are loaded automatically.

On the map, you need to select the military registration and enlistment office, which is convenient to apply to, and send an application. Within two days, a notification will come with the date, time of visiting the military registration and enlistment office and a list of required documents.

The service was launched in test mode this weekend. About 2 thousand applications from volunteers have already been submitted through it.

The President also set the task of responding to every signal from citizens who were erroneously called up as part of a partial mobilization. A specialized service for appealing against such decisions has been launched on the public services portal. Previously, such appeals were received through the universal form of appeals to the EPGU.

On the portal, you need to find the banner "Appeal the decision on mobilization" or go to this section using the digital assistant. Next, you need to indicate for whom the application is being submitted. The mobilized person or his relative can apply.

In the form that opens, you need to select the reason for deferral from the list. Personal data is loaded automatically, they must be confirmed. It is necessary to upload a photo or scan of the summons and fill in the data on the military ID, as well as submit documents confirming the reason for the delay.

The complaint will be automatically and as soon as possible transferred to the regional commission, whose representative is connected to the public services portal. The decision on each application will be monitored and controlled. The information will be reported to the leadership of the country.
