The celebration of the Republic Day and the City Day in Naberezhnye Chelny began in the morning. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Artem Zdunov, Mayor of the City of Naberezhnye Chelny - Nail Magdeev participated in events, dedicated the City Day and the Republic Day.
