The rating of social and economic development of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-July 2017 has been prepared

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-July 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-July 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

For January-July 2017 the greatest changes in ranking were achieved by Alkeevsk (+ 7 points) and Aznakayevsk Chistopol (+3 points) municipal regions. These changes are due to the increase in the total area of residential buildings that have been put into operation, capital investments, the purchasing power of wages and gross agricultural products, etc.

The situation aggravated in the rating of Zelenodolsk (-5), Aksubayevsk (-4) and Baltasinsk (-3) municipal districts. These aggravations are due to decrease ininvestments into fixed capital, increase in the level of registered unemployment etc.

Per capita the volume of shipped products in average amounted to 314, 21 thousand RUB, among the municipalities of the Republic of the highest results for this indicator was reached by Almetyevskiy (1739, 13 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (982, 94 thousand RUB) and Elabuga (724, 42 thousand RUB) municipalities.
 

As of August 1, 2017, the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to 0.63%. In 27 municipalities, this indicator was below the average Republican values. The lowest unemployment rate was registered
in Laishevo (0.22%), Aktanysh (0, 25%) and Verhneuslon (0.37%) municipal areas. The largest is in Yutazinsk (2.01%), Bavlinskiy (1.19%) and Sabinskiy (1.11%) municipal areas.

In January-July of 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan, it was put into opartion 0,340 sq meters of the total housing area per capita. The largest housing area per capita was put into operation in Pestrechinskiy (3, 24 sq. meters), Laishevo (1, 86 square metres) and Verkhneuslonskiy (1, 50 square meters) municipal areas.
