Tatarstan is hosting Students’ Education Forum

Students’ Educational Forum has been taking place in the territory of Verkhneuslonsky region from 17 till 26 August. The forum was organized by Regional Youth Public Organization “The Students League of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The participants are 1500 students from all higher and professional educational organizations of cities and regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Volga Federal District.

The aim of the Forum is vitalizing youth's civic position, best practice and extension of student self-government bodies’ establishment and development of their activities, elaboration of practical support mechanisms of the Republic of Tatarstan educational organizations’ student self-government.

Educational program in accordance with directions specified  in the Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030 has been conducting within the second shift of the Forum (August 22-26, 2017).

Yesterday, on August 25, Oleg Pelevin, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with the participants of the Forum and spoke about social and economic development of the Republic and events to be held within the framework of the Strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030. The meeting was held in question and answers form, during which young people actively expressed their opinions and could ask any question of their interest.
