The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video-conference with the JSC SME Corporation

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video-conference meeting on August 17, arranged by JSC "Federal Corporation for development of small and medium sized entrepreneurship", on the issue of organizing an assessment of the conformity to the draft procurement plans with the regulated customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which are added to the list of specific customers, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 717-R dd. 19.04.2016 . The meeting was attended by the officials from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and reps of JSC "TATMEDIA", JSC "Division for capital construction of engineering networks and development of energy saving technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan", JSC "Tatagroleasing".

We remind you, that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1169 dd. 29.10.2015 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan since May 1, 2016 has been evaluating the compliance of the drafts of plans for procurement of goods, services, drafts of amendments, introduced to the plans, annual reports on procurement of goods, works, services from the subjects of small and medium-sized business entities of the seven largest customers in the Republic.

The event was intended to explain the procedure and terms of the execution by the authorized bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the evaluation of conformity, envisaged by the Federal Law No. 223-FZ with respect to "new" customers (whose revenue for 2016 amounted to from 500 mln to 2 bln RUB and which are included in the list of specific regional customers).

The information on the evaluation of the draft procurement plans in the Republic of Tatarstan is posted on the Ministry's web site in the section "Contract system in the area of procurement/Assessment and monitoring under 223-FZ".
