The application forms for participation in the Competition are accepted in the Ministry of labor, engagement and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan
from  March 30 to April 24, 2017  at the address: 420044, the city of Kazan, Volgograd street, bld. 47, contact tel: (843) 557-21-47, 557-21-21, 557-20-99.

Non - commercial organizations (hereinafter - NCO), operating during not less than one year until Competition announcement are allowed to the Competition. NCO in the form of political parties and movements, trade units, state and municipal institutions, as well as NCO in respect of which a decision on liquidation or reorganization was taken, can’t participate in the Competition.

In this regard, the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan traditionally holds the informational-methodical seminar for NCO in respect of participation in the specified Republican contest.

The speaker of the seminar: Mrs. Tatyana Leontyeva, Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan for social policy and sponsorship activities.
