In Moscow on April 5, 2017 was held working group regular meeting of the Russian Federation Presidential Commission for monitoring of achievement of Russian Federation social and economic development targets, determined by the President of the Russian Federation.
The issue of rendering state and municipal services through multifunctional centers and introducing mechanism for assessment quality thereof was discussed at the meeting.
The Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development reported on implementation of the such targets as contingent of citizens having access to state and municipal services under “one-stop-shop” principle at the place of temporary residence, including in multifunctional centers for public services; reduction of queuing time after filing a request by the applicant to the Russian Federation government authority (local government body) for state (municipal) services receipt.
Also, the meeting participants discussed implementation of activities covered by the May Russian Federation Presidential Decrees and aimed at achieving these targets, specifically:
organization of stagewise provision of state and municipal services under “one-stop-shop” principle and procedure of state (municipal) services (works) departmental lists formation and maintenance;
approval of state (municipal) services (works) basic standard costs and procedure for application thereof while generating Russian Federation constituent entities budgets and local budgets;
introduction by agencies of electronic services IEIS providing two-ways data transmission in electronic format between Multipurpose Center and departments;
introduction of mechanism of public service quality assessment by each citizen.
