SMB Corporation (Corporation of Small and Medium Sized Businesses) conducts the online survey on participation of entrepreneurs in the procurement activities pursuant to the Law No. 223-FZ

Joint Stock Company "Federal Corporation for development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship" conducts the online survey of entrepreneurs, aimed at examining problems occurring during certification.  

In the framework of examining the subjects of small and medium-sized businesses are requested to answer questions concerning participation in customers' procurement regulated by the Federal Law of No. 223-FZ  of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities", as well as to assess the basic problems occurring during certification. 

Based on the results of the survey the proposals will be developed in order to amend the existing legislation related to procurement activities.
