The approval procedures in the area of housing construction have been simplified

The Government of the Russian Federation  on January 24, 2017adopted a Decree No. 53 “ On amending the comprehensive list of procedures in the area of housing construction ”  for the abolition of redundant and duplicative procedures in the area of city development.

According to the Decree 14 duplicate procedures related to connection (technological connection) of the objects of capital construction to centralized systems of water supply and wastewater disposal were invalidated.

In addition, it facilitates the procedure of concluding agreements and signing relevant  acts on the readiness of intrasite and internal household networks and equipment for connection to centralized systems of water supply and wastewater disposal.

The procedures during making actions related to holding auctions for sales of the right to conclude the lease land plot agreement, the right to sign an agreement on development of the constructed territory, on sales of land plots are significantly facilitated.

The adopted resolutions will help to enhance the efficiency of activities of the executive bodies and local self-government bodies in the field of urban construction.
