The sphere of executing the state housing control is expanded

The changes in some acts of the housing law, specifying the points of executing the state housing law made by the relevant Federal law dated 28.12.2016 №469-ФЗ «On amendments being made to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislating acts»

The sphere of executing the state housing control is expanded by the above mentioned law, including the control of the compliance with requirements of the structure of standard usage rate of community facilities, of the conditions and methods of its installation, explicability of its rate. The list of reasons for including the routine check to the annual plan of routine checks is updated.

The Federal Law took effect on December 29, 2016
