Economy support plan for 2017 is approved

Dmitry Medvedev, the Chairman of the Russian Government, has approved Russian economy support plan for 2017 prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. “Upon the results of two meetings held 10 and 17 January, I have signed the papers, and specifically approved the list of measures and instructions aimed at ensuring sustainable social and economic development of our country in the current year” - said Chairman of the Russian Government, Dmitry Medvedev, at the meeting on road industry development. In the plan are scheduled supportive measures for individual economic sectors. In particular it is planned to subsidize Russian companies of automotive industry, transport, agriculture, road - construction and municipal machinery industry, mechanical engineering for food and processing industry. State support for light industry domestic enterprises is also provided. Additional capitalization from Industrial Development Fund is also expected. In 2017, at least 50 projects aimed at improving products competitiveness are planned to finance for the account of Fund assets.
