The evaluation criteria for regulatory impact of municipal laws and regulations drafts have been approved

On the 26th of December 2016 the Republic of Tatarstan Law # 106-ZRT.”On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan” was adopted.

The law is aimed at bringing the Republic law provisions in compliance with federal law as regards to determination of criteria and formation of Republic municipalities and urban districts, where expertise of municipal laws and regulations as well as evaluation of regulatory impact of municipal laws and regulations drafts are obligatory.

The list of 20 municipalities and one urban district, where expertise of municipal laws and regulations as well as evaluation of regulatory impact of municipal laws and regulations drafts are obligatory, was also approved by this law.
