It is offered to fine officials of the state customer for violation of payment terms under all contracts

The government of the Russian Federation to the State Duma of the Russian Federation has introduced on December 20, 2016 the draft federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (regarding Establishment of Administrative Responsibility of Officials of the Customer for Violation of Term and a Procedure for Payment of Goods (Works, Services) at Implementation of Purchases for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs)".  
Officials of the state customer will be threatened by a penalty from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles if they skirt deadlines and a payment procedure under contracts.
