Since January state customers will have to send more data to the register of contracts

According to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 12/1/2016 No. 1285 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084" rules of maintaining the register of contracts have changed.
The most important changes will come into force in 2017 step by step.
For non-presentation of the data and documents included in the register of contracts the official of the customer and now is threatened by a penalty of 20 thousand rubles. With entry into force of changes it will be applied also for not direction of the listed data.
