The relevant draft federal law "About Modification of Article 19.6.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences" drafted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is introduced in the State Duma of the Russian Federation by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2016 No. 2513-r.
The bill assumes establishment of administrative responsibility of officials of the federal, regional executive authorities authorized for carrying out the state control (supervision), and also the local governments executing functions of municipal control for the violations allowed at submission of information on checks in the unified register of checks.
