Changes of contractors selection rules for construction of unique objects have come into force

According to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 11/14/2016 No. 1185 since November 25 the customer under the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" will be able to select more strictly contractors for construction of unique objects.
For construction of a unique object the state customer will be able to hold a competition with limited participation. It is possible when the initial (maximum) price of the contract (IMPC) at government procurement exceeds 150 million rubles, for municipal needs - 50 million rubles.
Let's remind, the competition with limited participation differs from usual in the fact that to participants except uniform requirements additional are shown. The winner gets out of those participants who will undergo prequalification selection.
