n the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the free seminar about implementation of the Standard of development of the competition in the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan has held on November 18, 2016 a charge-free seminar for the organizations of the republic on a subject: "Implementation of the Standard of development of the competition in the Republic of Tatarstan. Transition of the unitary enterprises to purchases according to requirements of the law on contract system".
The program of a seminar has provided consideration of provisions of the Standard of the development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/5/2015 No. 1738-r and also the main questions on an algorithm of the transfer of purchasing activity of the unitary enterprises to standards of the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (further – the Law No. 44-FZ).
