Ensuring availability of objects and services to disabled people will be controlled by public authorities

The relevant draft federal law "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Social Protection of Disabled People in the Russian Federation" by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2016 No. 2292-r is introduced  to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
The bill offers to assign separate functions on the state control (supervision) in the sphere of ensuring availability to disabled people of objects and services to authorized federal executive authorities and executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation which already exercise now the state control (supervision) in the respective spheres.
