The head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliyev is elected as the Chairman of Administrative Council of EAPO

The head of Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation Grigory Ivliyev is elected on the post of the Euroasian patent organization Administrative Council  (EAPO) Chairman for two next years.
According to the Euroasian patent convention Administrative council in particular "makes recommendations to the President of the Euroasian department concerning appointment of vice-presidents of the Euroasian department; approves the agreements concluded by the Organization with the states and the international organizations; approves by the majority in two thirds of voices the Patent instruction, the Financial instruction and the Administrative instruction; adopts the majority in two thirds of voices the annual budget; considers the annual report and approves annual accounts of the Organization".
