The bill of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and for planning period of 2018 and 2019 is adopted at the first reading

The 22nd meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation has taken place on November 3, 2016.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Councillor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Prime minister of the republic Ildar Halikov, invited members of the government have taken part in work of a session.
Deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan have considered and have approved at the first reading the bill "About the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and for planning period of 2018 and 2019".
The Minister of Economy Artyom Zdunov has made  the report on the forecast of social and economic development of the republic for 2017-2019. He has emphasized that initial conditions of the forecast throughout all medium-term period assume preservation of geopolitical instability and also the application mode to Russia of sanctions from the European Union and the USA supporting restrictions of access of the Russian companies to the world market of the capital. 
In 2017-2019 growth of a gross regional product is predicted at the level of 103,1-104,2%.
