Young innovators got their own school

On the basis of Department of innovative development of the Kazan (Volga) federal university the start  to the School of the young innovator which has become to one of interuniversity projects of preparation for the "Umnik" (Clever man) program is given.
The purpose of the "Umnik" program is support of young scientists aged from 18 up to 30 years seeking to be implemented through scientific and technical and innovative activity, and also stimulation of young scientists and experts to creation of the small innovative enterprises necessary for commercialization of results of scientific developments. Winners of the program receive a grant of 500 000 rubles.
The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov who has noted increase in number of the small innovative enterprises on the Republic and has wished listeners further success in business of commercialization of innovative projects has made a speech at opening of the School.
