They have discussed the forthcoming changes in the legislation on purchases with SAB Corporation in the videoconference mode

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the videoconference with JSC Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Average Business has taken place on October 27 where questions of the current year and scheduling for 2017 of executive authorities and the customers selected by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2016 No. 717-r were discussed.  The first deputy minister – the director of the department of development of business Rustem Sibgatullin and representatives of the enterprises have taken part in a videoconference.
The changes in the legislation on purchases coming into force since January 1, 2017 were the main reason for the organization of a videoconference by SAB Corporation. According to the Federal law from 7/3/2016 No. 321-FZ "About introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Russian Federation concerning purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and needs of separate types of legal entities" since January 1, 2017 to purchasing activity state and municipal unitary enterprises the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system the action in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" extends.
