Changes are made into a standard form of the order (order) of control supervisory authority about conducting check of the legal person and the individual entrepreneur

By the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 9/30/2016 No. 620  a standard form of the order (order) of control supervisory authority of conducting check of the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur has staticized.
The order is issued due to the need of reduction of the Standard form of the order (order) of body of the state control (supervision), body of municipal control about conducting the check of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 4/30/2009 No. 141 in compliance with the amendments made to the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs at Implementation of the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control".
The order comes into force since January 1, 2017.
