Corresponding changes are made to Administrative regulations of providing by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of the state service on issue of the state certificate on the maternity (family) capital (the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation from 10/29/2012 No. 345n).
For signing and giving in PF of the Russian Federation of the statement through "A private office of the insured person" the qualified digital signature is necessary.
