Deputy ministers have participated in meetings of Committees of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

In the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 19 and 20 there have taken place meetings of three Committees. Oleg Pelevin has taken part in work of Committee on Education, culture, science and ethnic questions and Committee on social policy, Ayrat Shamsiyev has taken part in work of Committee on ecology, environmental management, agro-industrial and food policy. Consideration of the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and for Planning Period of 2018 and 2019" became the main question of the agenda.
Deputy ministers of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan have submitted at meetings of Committees the forecast of social and economic development of the republic for 2017-2019.
Scenario conditions of formation of parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan provide the average annual oil cost of "Urals" a grade at the level of 40 US dollars for barrel (in 2017-2019). Dollar exchange rate will decrease from 67 rubles in the current year to 64 rubles in 2019.
