Parliamentary hearings under the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and for Planning Period of 2018 and 2019" have taken place on October 20 in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov has made the report on the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017-2019.
On the eve of parliamentary hearings the draft budget of the republic for 2017 has been considered at meetings of all parliamentary committees on the profile directions, since October 22 zone meetings at which the budgetary parameters will be considered in a section of municipalities begin. 
The conclusions of all committees of the State Council and the recommendation of participants of parliamentary hearings will be generalized at a meeting of special-purpose committee on Tuesday, October 25, and at the next meeting of the State Council the Basic financial law of the republic will be considered in the first reading.
