The saved shares of percent will be essential help for the borrower, the credit sum according to the program can reach 1 billion rubles and one businessman can issue up to four such credits. It has become possible thanks to the decision of the Bank of Russia which has lowered on September 13 the commissions for participating banks of the program from 0,5% to 0,1%. Today the list of banks - partners contains two tens federal and regional credit institutions.
