Rules of obligatory public discussion of state procurements are approved

The government of the Russian Federation according to part 1 of article 20 of the Federal Law 44-FZ has issued the resolution No. 835 "About the approval of Rules of carrying out obligatory public discussion of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".
By the document it is established that the purchases with the initial (maximum) cost of contract more than 1 billion rubles which are carried out with use of competitive ways of definition of suppliers (contractors, performers) are subject to obligatory public discussion.
Obligatory public discussion is carried out by customers in 2 steps in the section "Obligatory Public Discussion of Purchases" of the official site of UIS.
The participant of obligatory public discussion any persons have the right.
