They have pointed socially oriented NPO to regions

"Until the end of 2016 regions should make changes to the state programs with concrete actions and indicators for the sectoral directions of education, health care and a social support, for attraction to the solution of tasks socially oriented non-profit organizations" — the acting the director of the department of strategic development and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin has declared speaking at the forum "Civil Dialogue" in Novosibirsk.
Besides, according to him, regions have to carry out the analysis of efficiency of measures of support of NPO to provide quality of the services provided by them: someone needs to pass the educational program or trainings, property support is necessary for someone.
