The mechanism of disputes extrajudicial settlement will remove a considerable part of conflict situations

The secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev has held the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on assistance to export by development of electronic trading.
Participants have discussed questions of extrajudicial settlement of disputes between consumers and online stores, and also the draft of the plan of activities of a subcommittee for electronic trading of Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration.
By results of a meeting the decision to take out and discuss at a subcommittee meeting on electronic trading of the Government commission possible options of introduction of the mechanism of extrajudicial settlement of disputes, including in the experiment mode has been made.
