Bills of the Ministry of Economic Development of strengthening of responsibility for the illegal organization of lotteries and gamblings are introduced to the State Duma

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed, the prepared Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the order about entering into the State Duma of drafts of the federal laws "About Introduction of Amendments to Articles 14.27 and 32.4 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences" and "About Introduction of Amendments to Articles 29 and 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation". Regulations are drafted in execution of the order of the President of Russia concerning improvement of an order of the organization and carrying out lotteries and gamblings, strengthenings of responsibility for their illegal organization and carrying out.
Bills are considered and approved at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation on august, 25.
