Environment protection against paper

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of ORV on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation on requirements to the program of production environmental control and the reports accompanying this process which businessmen have to provide.
The draft of the order is developed in pursuance of the federal law "About Environmental Protection".
Last week in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation the conciliatory meeting on the remarks to the draft of the act revealed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the course of preparation of the conclusions about assessment of the regulating influence has taken place. The decision on the accounting of these remarks and completion of the act isn't accepted.
