Ildar Halikov has urged business community of Tatarstan to find the recipe to double SMB share

The prime minister of RT Ildar Halikov has urged today participants of a forum of small and average business "Prospection" to find the solution which will allow to increase a share of small and medium business (SMB) in structure of economy of Tatarstan from 25 to 50 percent.
The head of the government of the republic has declared that if earlier the beginner businessmen was faced by a question of access to the credits, then there is no such problem today any more.
At the same time now before SMB there are other problems among which are a question of quality, security with qualified personnel, increases in the income in the budget from SMB and some other.
