The Minister of Economics of RT Artyom Zdunov has visited Naberezhnye Chelny where he has participated in the festive actions devoted to Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the City Day.
At actions as guests of honor there was also a mayor of an autohail Nail Magdeev, deputies of the State Council of RT.
This year the Flowers festival "Water color-2016" has been combined with festive actions: in three districts of the city of 18 platforms have issued bright flower compositions.
