Assessment of legal acts application assessment is carried out

According to orders of the President of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2015 No. Pr-2508 (subparagraph 19 of point 1), the Governments of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2015 No. DM-P13-101pr (point 9) on a constant basis is carried out assessment of practice of application of the legal acts issued in pursuance of actions of "road maps" of a national enterprise initiative of improvement of investment climate in the Russian Federation including in regions of Russia.

In total within realization of actions of 12 "road maps" 469 legal acts, including 87 federal laws and 87 acts of the Government of the Russian Federation are adopted. For realization of the specified instructions the list of the legal acts which are subject to assessment of extent of achievement of target effects, approved by the minutes of the working group on improvement of conducting business activity at Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration of March 10, 2016  No. 4-CB is created (further – the List). The full list of the legal acts which are subject to law enforcement monitoring is posted in "Internet" on the website www.monitoring.gov.ru.
