In Moscow the seminar according to the "Public-private Partnership in 2016 and Concession Agreements Implementation Practice" program will take place

On August 29-30, 2016 in the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Bolshoy Haritonyevsky Lane, 24) the seminar according to the "Public-private Partnership in 2016 and Practice of Implementation of Concession Agreements" program will take place.
At a seminar recommendations to practical application of the Federal law No. 224-FZ from 7/13/2015 "About public-private partnership" and changes in the law "About Concession Agreements" taking into account reduction in July, 2016 of regional standard and legal base in compliance with federal requirements will be considered. The special attention will be paid to the analysis of regional experiment on attraction of extrabudgetary funds for implementation of infrastructure projects.
