Attention of the citizens who have used services of public authorities and multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPC)

For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities, and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the Your Control system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.
The citizens who have received service of federal authority including at the request for it in MPC, have an opportunity to estimate quality of service, having chosen the most convenient for themselves:
- to participate in free SMS poll from official short number "0919";
- by means of the information and analytical vashkontrol.ru system "Your Control";
- through the official site of MFTs within the Portal of the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan uslugi.tatarstan.ru/mfc;
- via the infomats "Electronic Government" installed in MPC and in authorities of the republic.
