The Ministry of Economic Development changes approaches to the conclusion of agreements on questions of encouragement and protection of capital investments

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has developed the draft of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "About the conclusion of agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the governments of the foreign states, their associations by either the international organizations or other educations having rights to sign the international contracts, concerning encouragement and mutual protection of capital investments". The draft of the resolution is directed to change of the Russian approaches to the conclusion of agreements on questions of encouragement and protection of capital investments.
Now negotiations on agreements are held on the basis of the standard agreement approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2001 No. 456.
