Data from the unified register of subjects of small and average business will be used by bodies of the state and municipal control by preparation of annual plans of checks

The Russian Prime Minister D. A. Medvedev has signed the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 7/19/2016 No. 691 "About modification of Rules of preparation of the state control (supervision) by bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs".

According to the resolution since August 1 businessmen won't need to submit the documents confirming their status as subjects of small and average business. Bodies of the state control (supervision) and municipal control when developing annual planned inspections will request these data as interdepartmental interaction from the unified register of subjects of the small and average business functioning since August 1 of the current year on the website of Federal Tax Service (https://rmsp.nalog.ru).
