The new technique of RAI for regions is approved

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has approved new edition of Methodical recommendations about the organization and carrying out an assessment procedure of the regulating influence and examination of regulations of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.
Methodical recommendations are reconsidered and staticized taking into account the analysis of practice of carrying out the RAI procedure at the regional level. Besides necessary specification of the concepts recommended for use, the document provides optimization of the recommended models of carrying out an assessment, taking into account regional specifics of carrying out RAI, and also the recommendation about introduction of an assessment of the actual influence.
The specified changes are directed to increase of efficiency of RAI institute at the regional level, elimination of discrepancies in interpretation of a conceptual framework of RAI institute with simultaneous revision of separate procedures for their more effective application, and, above all, on formation of the uniform concept of development of RAI institute in all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.
