The government has expanded access of small business to purchases of state companies

According to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 26, 2016 No. 719 has increased threshold values of the amount of purchase at which the customer has the right or is obliged to carry out purchase from the companies of small and average business (SAB).
Thanks to the above-stated Resolution the duty of the customer to place purchase for MSP has increased to 200 million rubles, and the size of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price) for delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering services at which the customer has the right to conduct such procurement at MSP to 400 million rubles.
The right of the customer to check compliance of the procurement participant to criteria of reference to SAB with use of data of the unified register of subjects of SAB is also established by the resolution.
