New stages of development of providing the state and municipal services in an electronic form

On July 26 Dmitry Medvedev has held a meeting of the Government commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity on which further steps for development of system of providing the state services in an electronic form were considered.

At the specified meeting the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has submitted the Concept about creation of a uniform information resource about citizens of the Russian Federation (the state register of the population).

This large-scale project will be carried out in several steps and emergence of such register in foreseeable prospect essentially optimizes the state services in electronic form. According to preliminary forecasts implementation of the specified project will be finished in 2025.
