The government Commission approved the bill on payment of government contracts in the 30-day period

The commission on lawmaking activity has approved the bill prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "About modification of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

The document offers to establish a duty of the customer to pay the delivered goods, the performed work, the rendered service, separate stages of performance of the contract during no more than 30 days from the date of signing by it of the document on acceptance of goods, work, service.
