Any devices will be suitable for "Platon"

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the conclusion of RIA on the draft of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "About modification of rules of collection of a payment on account of the indemnification caused to public highways of federal importance by the vehicles having the allowed maximum weight over 12 tons".

The essence of innovations consists in a possibility of establishment on the car of the devices made not only the official operator of "Platon", but also other producers, suitable on functionality and quality. The Ministry of Economic Development conceptually supports this approach. However the conclusion about an assessment of the regulating influence has negative character.

"We consider that the decision to use other devices for the accounting of data on the movement of trucks and implementation of a payment, absolutely true, it will allow to minimize the number of the devices installed on the car or to use necessary functions of already existing equipment (for example, navigators), without material and time expenditure on purchase new", - the director of the department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vadim Zhivulin comments on results of RIA. However the system of requirements offered by the draft of the act, according to it, isn't joined to the current legislation, and partly contradicts the idea of use of various devices.
