Since July 15, 2016 the norm on change of the Federal law from 7/21/1997 No. 122-FZ "About the state registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with it" on the basis of which the state registration of emergence and transition of the rights for real estate will make sure only an extract from the Unified State Register of Rights on real estate and transactions with him (USRR) in this connection issue of certificates on the state registration of the rights, including repeated stops comes into force.

The extract form from USRR certifying the carried-out state registration of the rights is approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Such extract from USRR can be given as in paper, so in an electronic form and is the only proof of existence of the registered right for real estate.
