The second module of the regional investment teams development program started

On July 20 the second module of an educational program "Administrative skill : Development of regional teams" started. The program is developed by experts of a RANEPA together with the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI).

For the solution of a problem of improvement of investment climate in the Russian regions it is necessary to acquaint regional teams with the best domestic and foreign practicians, to create skills and need for continuous self-education and to increase their administrative skill due to development of leadership and command skills and competences. The unique program on the content, structure, a technique of teaching and teaching structure is for this purpose created.

The program is addressed to regional managers – representatives of the government, including governors, vice governors, regional ministers, mayors and heads of natural monopolies in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.

During training participants together with colleagues from other regions:

• will sort/will solve the actual tasks / cases of the concrete directions of improvement of investment climate;

• will learn to adopt others experience, including specific practicians and examples of effective behavior of leaders and management teams through consideration of cases / the best the practician;

• will get acquainted with the theory and practice of system idea of leadership, team interaction, management of changes and projects, personal development of heads and members of teams and applicable tools as key factors of creation of competitive advantage.

Category of listeners: key members of regional design office, and also other experts who are responsible for a condition of investment climate of the region.

Within the program "Administrative skill: development of regional teams" one more educational module which will pass in September of this year is planned.
