In Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan there takes place accreditation of leasing companies according to the "LIZING-GRANT 2016" program

In Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan there takes place accreditation of leasing companies which lessees wish to take part in competitive selection on provision of subsidies within the "LIZING-GRANT 2016" program.

Documents acceptance on accreditation of leasing companies performs GKU "Center of a Program Implementation of Support and Development of Small and Average Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan" (The center of support of entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan) Monday through Thursday from 9:00 till 18:00, on Friday from 9:00 till 16:45 Moscow time, to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, (an entrance from the Guarantee fund of RT). Phone: 236-04-83. 

According to conditions of the "LIZING-GRANT" program leasing companies which lessees apply for receipt of the state support within the specified program shall correspond to the following conditions:

a) availability of a resident status of the Russian Federation;

b) specifying in constituent documents of provision of property in finance lease (leasing) as core activity;

c) availability at least three years of a work experience in the sphere of provision of property in finance lease (leasing) to subjects of entrepreneurship;

d) availability of the built portfolio of the agreements of finance lease (leasing) signed with subjects of entrepreneurship, availability of specialized technologies (programs) of work with subjects of entrepreneurship;

e) availability of the approved technique of an assessment of a financial condition of the lessee – the subject of entrepreneurship;

e) availability of positive size of net assets value on the last reporting date (by the technique approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from 8/28/2014 No. 84n "About approval of the Order of cost determination of net assets");

g) availability of size of net assets value on the last reporting date at least 40 million rubles (by the technique approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from 8/28/2014 No. 84n "About approval of the Order of cost determination of net assets"), or sizes of the authorized capital on the last reporting date – at least 15 million rubles.

Packet of documents necessary for passing of accreditation of leasing companies:

• Accounting records (on the last reporting date);

• Constituent documents of the organization;

• Certificate of incorporation;

• The documents confirming availability of the approved technique of an assessment of a financial condition of the lessee;

• The documents confirming availability of the built portfolio of the agreements of finance lease (leasing) signed with subjects of entrepreneurship (for the last 3 years), availability of specialized technologies (programs) of work with subjects of entrepreneurship.

We pay attention of leasing companies, and also participants of competitive selection that bids of the entrepreneurs who have signed contracts of leasing with the leasing companies which have not submitted to Department of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan the documents confirming their compliance to requirements of the resolution of Cabinet council of the Republic of Tatarstan from 6/19/2013 No. 416 "About approval of the Order of selection of subjects of small and average entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan for provision of the state support in a form of subsidies" will not be considered.
