For violations in case of procurement planning the penalty threatens now

According to the Federal law from 7/3/2016 No. 318-FZ 15 July, 2016  of a regulations the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses, the establishing responsibility for violations in case of procurement planning under the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" come into force. So, for untimely placement of a procurement plan or the plan schedule in a unified information system the official will be fined up to 30 thousand rubles.

Responsibility for some violations allowed in case of performance of the contract is also established. For example, the official will pay 20 thousand rubles if the document on acceptance of results of performance of the contract is not constituted or motivated refusal to sign these documents is not directed.
