20 billion on replacement of franking machines

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the draft of the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation "About approval of the Order of use of franking machines" (the devices putting frankotipa and stamps, used by the organizations in case of departure of a large number of correspondence, replacing gluing of stamps and facilitating calculations with post department).

The document directed to reducing amounts of "gray mail" is rather proved from the point of view of the problem resolution by the offered regulation method, however does not consider expenses of subjects of business activity and other risks of its acceptance.
