Since January 1, 2017 the unitary enterprises are obliged to carry out purchases under the Law No. 44-FZ

Since January 1, 2017 the Federal law from 7/3/2016 No. 321-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation concerning purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and needs of separate types of legal entities" which makes changes to the Federal law from 4/5/2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" comes into force. According to these changes the state and municipal unitary enterprises till December 31, 2016 shall create contractual service or to appoint the contractual managing director, to perform procurement planning on 2017 and the next years, and also to be registered in the unified information system (UIS).
